uses a buffer chest, combinators, and stack inserters to allow the recycler to run constantly and allows for the products to pile up enough for a stack inserter to place a full 4 stack on the belt. when used in a large array will output an entire stacked green belt of items. Note: the buffer chests are passive providers so that if you choose to use quality modules the bots can grab any of the rare+ quality items and sort/use them.
