A single cell of red circuit production which will product 1.5 red circuits/s per cell. Design is meant to be extendable as need increases up to a full red belt with 18 total cells.
Takes as input:
-2 belts Iron
-2 belts Plastic
-5 belts Copper Plate

-Each cell has belt balancing to keep the belts compressed where used to optimize production.
