Cycle through all Chaingunners to give them commands as appropriate:
- Attack "Pink X" if it exists
- Otherwise resupply as needed to "Purple Circle"
Reammo if needed
Repair if needed
Refuel Coal if needed
- Go to parking space if nothing else (denoted with "purple X" of same number as the Chaingunner ID)
