A smart, compact quality grinder to create items with quality of your choice from normal-quality ingredients that you can just set and forget - via parametrized blueprint. Put it down, select recipe, quality and amount, and wait (for long, it's just a single assembler after all).
Requires bot-provided normal quality ingredients and manual liquid input connection.
Pros:
- Small (somewhat)
- Minimal configuration required
- Can craft any quality from normal ingredients
- Resource-efficient
- Can use most recipes and machines
Cons:
- Slow (with some option to speed up)
- Cannot craft big recipes like Reactor or Silo (there is a blueprint extension for those)
- Bot dependent (although possible to use belt inputs)
The BP book contains:
- Main grinder modules with different crafting machines
- Helper modules to speedup production of normal items and rare ingredients
- Extensions for big crafts like Reactor and Silo
- Extensions for belt-based inputs and beacons
Instructions:
Since parametrization is a little restrictive, there is an extra step you need to do to select the recipe (setting the "<" sign). If it is unclear, follow these steps:
- Select your item you want to craft
- Select the "<" sign on the interface (this is needed for some logic)
- Select the quality you want to keep (this will also keep higher qualities)
- In the separate line, select how many items to craft (it will stop crafting when the logistic network has this amount)
