Inserters only pull from Collector to Belt when Belt Cache drops below desired amount. Collector only collects specific Asteroid types when Collector Cache drops below desired amount.
Green Wire is used to bounce signal from Inserter to Inserter. Red Wire is used to bounce signal from Collector to Collector. Constant Combinator used as a simple 1x1 repeater for runs too long for a single wire. (You are likely shipping 50 up anyway)
