How it works:-
2 Belts of Uranium required. Uranium input in middle, U-238 goes out on right side, U-235 goes out on left, these belts then feed a looped Kovarex array, this array has a small circuit balancer to prevent clogging.
Excess U-238 gets dumped into 8 containers, this allows for enough U-235 to build and kick start Kovarex process, when the total capacity of the containers goes over 30,000 units, it cuts the input to the array and feeds back whats in the containers back onto the belt. Excess U238 then gets dumped into a set of containers.
On the right hand side of the array are 2 x used uranium re-processors which feed onto the U-238 Belt.
