Required Mods: Pushbutton Textplates
Suggested: Larger Lamps
A machine capable of printing user-entered messages. Slow, but dynamic.
To use, turn on the constant combinator labeled, "Pause." Press each desired button labelled by its text plate to load it into memory. Remember to add spaces, and you can change the text color by pressing the buttons to the top left. When your message is complete, unpause and wait for the data to cycle around to the printer head.
If you want a shorter message to loop, manually disconnect the previous end of the memory bank, then disconnect the red wire feeding into the memory cell at the length you wish your message to end at. Rewire it to the top row of poles. If you want to add more memory, there's a blueprint available. Be sure to attach the green wire correctly, and ensure that the cells are sequential and cycle properly if you wish to add more memory.
additional instructions in the blueprint.
