This factory produces about 10-11 legendary tungsten carbide. The amount of tungsten carbide of a different quality produced can be seen in the screenshot
The type of incoming and outgoing resources is indicated on the display panel. All you need to do is to deliver resources to the underground belts and pipes. All inputs are designed for belts with an increased number of item stacks on them (it is necessary to use big mining drills for mining coal and tungsten)
