This Aquilo-ready ship is designed to self-create materials from asteroids. The slow ship is not suitable for rapid transit and has a low-speed mode when the fuel is low. The ship can create almost anything up to LDS and blue circuit... eventually :D The bottom right assembler is not configured and can be customized as needed. To start the oil refining process you would need to kickstart it using the "Empty heavy oil" machine by connecting it in place of the inserter that puts coal in refinary. I made it first with only T2 modules but you can upgrade as needed. I also kept the circuit conditions as simple as I can.
