Requires SE as well as 100k Storage tanks Mod
Tanks will all hold more or less equal amounts of steam, circuit network is used to enable pumps to transfer steam between tanks, while still retaining a minimum amount in each tank. Specifically each tank is guaranteed to have at least as much steam as the last tank, which in practice makes all tanks have an equal amount of steam
there is 2 steam inputs and 1 Combinator
Combinator holds 1 signal, F F = 1 --> Fill Mode (Fill steam tanks evenly, steam turbines disabled) F = 2 --> Discharge Mode (Steam turbines are enabled, steam will not move between tanks, should last about 3.5 minutes at 2.2GW) F = -1 --> Fill and Discharge Mode (fills and discharges tanks at same time, experimental, not tested)
