For taking out enemy bases with artillery. Take a car with some (150-200) light oil barrels (stack size 10), as many artillery shells as you can carry in your personal + car inventory, place this blueprint, and feed the light oil barrels to the assembler. Once the flamethrowers are fuelled, add artillery shells to the chests feeding the artillery turrets.
The walls are far enough for the the stuff inside to be outside the range of all spitters.
