Basically, the BP was designed for the Fish Defender scenario, a gamemode that you find in multiplayer created by COMFY.
I have 2700 hours of games and I do not recommend this base for beginners who have less than 700 hours of games. It's hard to read blueprints without enough gaming experience. Nothing prevents you from trying it anyway, but the problem is that it often happens that you don't build it correctly with construction miss clicks like removing a ghost spliter by a belt and suddenly the ingredients are in the end on bad belts, etc...
