This is a modified version of JonnyNof's Gated City Block Blocks w/ Xantaxia 4way Junctions. I added logistic cables and extended it 4 tiles along both axes, which makes just enough room for Haphollas's Vanilla Train Logistics using one engine and four cars per train. (The trade-off is you can no longer use bots to load/unload items from the trains unless you either use long-handed inserters or else add extra roboports in the center of the build, so I decided to leave roboport coverage as an exercise for the end-user.)
My goal was just belt-fed smelters and factories with vanilla train logistics and a simple layout, and after trying the other blueprints on this site, I decided to just alter the closest one to ideal.
(Oh, and this version of the blueprint doesn't include any concrete yet. Ignore any concrete you see in the screenshot, it's just a throwback to JonnyNof's original 'print. I built this for functionality, not aesthetics.)
