Paste down as many as you need. One item per belt loop. Put it in the spot not circuited, or the spot furthest from the tanks depending on which belt loop. Highest priority is furthest from the output. Just plug the final pump into your setup. Best to just have a line of assemblers, without any pipes in between. If you need to space things out, always use a pump before the next line of assemblers.
