I'm using loaders to belt the fuel cells around but you can use inserters.
Pay attention to the electrical wiring in picture 2: I have seven segments in this pre-stack and the center one powers the reactors that generate plasma for all 7 segments. Supply with hot fluoroketone and let the cryoplants cool it down enough to stuff each reactor. A single segment is 10.6 GW at full legendary. The entire print puts out 66GW of sustained power.
