Requires 40+MW for a faster jumpstart.
Consumes 20 ish MW to maintain itself. Easily stackable, includes space exploration deep well pumps by default next to the wind turbines, can be replaced with regular water pump.
Drone ports can be removed afterwards to save power, two gas generators can be removed to make the power a little more stable if you're capping on power usage, as this setup will use -all- the fuel available and can chug.
Uses electric boilers to reduce footprint and to be compliant with changes made by Space Exploration that made wood burn faster.
