I made this in my 180 hours modded for enemies run, 1K SPM factory (bobs enemies + rampant), after using many half GW, 1, 2, 3 and etc blueprints that i ended up deconstructing because of reator/tile/size inefficiency.
Why 40 reactors? Cause It have the best reactor/tile/size efficiency (390%) before one need to use reactors as heat pipes for giga bases.
Its tileable by merging the roboports in poles, but its unnecessary, only if you find a lake that can fit more than 1, or wanna keep your reactors close to kovarex.
It can hold exactly 14.458.100M units of steam and you can use it for anything else if the GW cap is not reached.
