Its a self starter, just connect your Uranium mining belt to the top left. In about 5 hours all 24 centrifuges will be running and it will produce about 16000 in a 24 hour period.
Resource usage: 40 Uranium 235 to start, after that it will use up any 235 that comes down the line. 3/Centrifuge cycle X 24 Centrifuges X 20 seconds per Centrifuge cycle X 3 cycles per min. = 216 Uranium 238/min. or 12960/hr.
As you can see the resource usage for Uranium is not that much.
