Counts the number of items passing through belt(s) (using 'pulse') every 64 ticks to determine throughput rate. Read multiple belts by changing the 'N' constant; belts are connected to the bottom-most arithmetic combinator as shown in the screenshot. More detailed instructions are also in the imported blueprint description. Can easily be expanded to modded belts by following the pattern of the left-most two columns.
