Blueprint contains instructions/information, but I'll provide a link to a video explanation, and the in-game blueprint description here.
In-game description - Wireless RGB Controller. Parameters that say (Requestable Item) must be set to a signal that is produced by requesting an item on the robot logistics network. Parameters that say (Any) can be any signal you like, though keep in mind they will be sent to the global radar network. RGB/lamp enable/disable signals must be pulled on green, global day/clock on red, and your control signals pushed from a roboport on red wire to a radar. It must be set to read logistics requests, not contents.
