Legendary U-235 Upcycler (Atomic Bomb Quality Loop)
A brute-force Legendary U-235 factory. It starts from uranium ore, ramps via uranium processing + Kovarex, then pushes quality upward using an Atomic Bomb craft + recycle loop. This isn’t necessarily the best U-235 method, but it works.

Additional Usage Notes
- Legendary bomb keep switch: There’s a toggle to keep Legendary Atomic Bombs instead of recycling them. Note: it is extremely slow, so treat it as a "bonus output" option, not the main goal.
- Bootstrap behavior: If your logistic network already has a lot of normal U-235 (1000+), the factory requests some to bootstrap Kovarex faster and reach steady state sooner.
