TL;DR Starting base is designed towards building robots and all the sciences (Automation 2 30 SPM, automation 3 54 SPM) using typical starting resource patches for default settings as a basis. It features a tileable self sustaining refinery expandable to 24, train yard, solar powered "Biter go round" belt defence, BOT malls for rail, steam, solar, vehicles, MK2 armor and modules. The entire base can run full tilt on the solar array alone.
It is also designed to expand to a 32 lane (16 iron 16 copper) bus with the trainyard expansion in mind. A standard KOS mall will fit in the center of the bus to accommodate removal of the starter base portion once space science is underway.
The full green circuit build is designed to prioritize compressing a blue belt while using bots to deliver the excess to the network for redistribution via buffer chests to the science, module and BOT mall builds in that order. I often hand feed since they are so close, plan on adding another output belt to buffer chests.
Blue circuit build is fully beaconed, prioritizes yellow science and with level 1 modules is "overbuilt" to produce enough for armor and module production.

Will add more details soon.
Feel free to offer any suggestions.
Thanks for everything, wish you well.
4/3/19 Version 2.6.1
Plans for updates: Feedback changes, Maybe segment the base into build stages. Maybe a 0.17 version. Add another output belt to green circuit build to feed buffer chests directly. Maybe update the defences for 0.17.

Somewhat irrelevant details: Creative mode input objects in the blueprint allows for easy personal testing. The creative mode objects may mess with blueprint bot's representation of the print.
