if you don't have coal liquifaction[recipe=coal-liquefaction] yet, feel free to make all the oil refineries[item=oil-refinery] use the simple coal liquifaction recipe[recipe=simple-coal-liquefaction] instead. Just don't forget to disconnect the refinery outputs, otherwise you'll clog your petroleum line with heavy oil!
