Quality control is a tedious process. Bottom-up is easier than top-down, so I created my own best vessels. It's against my policy, but it's not for beginners... But I thought of this vessel for those who are really in trouble. It doesn't matter the quality of the parts, it doesn't matter the tier of the module. As long as they are the same, they are fine. If possible, the higher the quality, the faster the process. This vessel is for building it. All parts are aligned by elapsed time, not by probability.
It is not perfect for regular service, but if you want to use it, you need to check it every so often. The speed is slowed down so that it can be used as a first vessel. All materials are sorted and can be used after Vulcanus arrives if the recipe is downgraded. There are probably bugs... please fix them if you are awesome! Three underground belts are mixed in three places for quick discharge of the material. Use caution when downgrading.
Bugs removed and changed to minimum rarity. Asteroid collector is not essential but saves space. In my opinion, only ‘Rare’ is enough for rarity...
