Vulcanus Base Blueprints

A growing collection of blueprints designed specifically for a main base on Vulcanus, which—let's be honest—is way better than Nauvis. These blueprints are optimized for the unique progression and resources of Vulcanus and currently require access to Electromagnetic Plants. (Assembler-based versions may come later.)
