This blueprint requires Space Age mod with quality mod enabled. Requires legendary quality items. If you don't have — use tileable versions to compensate lack of speed. There are pre-made full factories for exactly one full green (turbo) belt and tileable versions. In survival mode you won't have infinite chests and power, so, delete them.
