This outpost will create your blue circuits, of Processing Units, at a decent rate. Electronic Circuits are inserted at the left and right side of the outpost. Advanced Circuits will be inserted in the left side.
The entire layout is based on a 1-4 train infrastructure. A single dedicated beaconised Electronic Circuit outpost (link at the bottom of this post) meets its demands.
