A green check symbol through an external radar enables this design. This is so you can turn off the blueprint in case of a power shortage. If this build loses power, the memory cells stop working and the entire system needs to be flushed. I recommend turning off at 30% for accumulator based power or just make sure you have enough and a consistent fusion power system.
