Introduction
Limits the maximum number of items per second that can pass through. I use it to limit the production of spoilable items like fruits and eggs.
Usage
Set the Compare Value in the decider combinator to: (Desired items per second) × 5000 - 999.
It should work with any belts and stacking level. Supported range: 0.3 to 240 items per second (not fully tested).
Remark
This controller needs several seconds to adapt after changing the Compare Value. Due to belt mechanics, the output may not always be perfectly smooth. It can only regulate the average item flow over a long duration (approximately 15 seconds).
