If you want, use the output line of yellow inserters for green potions (every other inserter will go into the chest). Purple and blue inserters will be made first, then red, then yellow.
To speed it up to 1.5/s production (46.5 iron/s and 18 circuits/s), just use assembly 2 machines everywhere.
