This is a tileable 1.76GW nuclear reactor that should be ready for the upcoming 0.17 fluid-changes as it tries to have long lines with few junctions.

Buildinstructions:
- Find a large lake
- Create a moat 14 blocks wide (ruler included in the blueprint)
- Place the pumps.
- Landfill the pumps
- Build reactor
To expand it:
- Remove the bottom blue belt
- Place the blueprint again.
