Target item, rarity and quantity to store in passive provider are all set by the constant combinator. Can upgrade items by two tiers.
Default parameter setting is normal to rare - if you want to upgrade to epic or legendary you'll have to set the combinator rarity after placing the blueprint.
You can replace the beacon with a substation if needed.
