This is a self-contained smelt-and-make area for piercing rounds and for belts, turrets and inserters to build a perimeter wall of bullets. Designed to be dropped down where you find a patch of iron, copper and coal near each-other so that you can make the perimeter defences on-site. Uses lowest tier belt where ever possible. As close as I could be bothered to being ratioed.
