No configuration needed, Build it and go to the shredded planet. DON'T TOUCHE ANY configuration between speed and modules. This was my attempt to arrive at shredded planet with the "Max" speed possible but it seems you need to have way more production to sustain all bullets and turrets.
Good luck, the path is long but the price is very nice !
