Dynamic BUS (Belts will get assigned automatically when needed you simply have to branch your supplies and demands, the bus is managed by the circuit network)

Read before use:

Filter splitters in each column for all decoders need to be connected using red wire All power poles on the right need to be connected with both red and green wires

Resource shortage alert will be shown on screen after "T" ticks of unmet demand New belt will get assigned for an item if a belt is available and other belts for this item are overloaded

Some edge cases still need to be resolved, it can happen if adding lot of branches very fast that multiple items will get allocated the same belt. I am currently working on a fix.
