Dynamic BUS (Belts will get assigned automatically when needed you simply have to branch your supplies and demands, the bus is managed by the circuit network)

[virtual-signal=signal-battery-low] Resource shortage alert will be shown on screen after "T" ticks of unmet demand [item=transport-belt] New belt will get assigned for an item if a belt is available and other belts for this item are overloaded

[virtual-signal=signal-info] Some edge cases still need to be resolved, it can happen if adding lot of branches very fast that multiple items will get allocated the same belt. I am currently working on a fix.
