This Blueprint makes 12 Plastic Bars/sec or 720 Plastic Bars/min. As you can see, coal goes on the bottom line and the plastic comes out the top line. Also, both pipe lines are connected. It's just a very small set up for beginning game. You can duplicate this farther down for more production.
