- excess power in case you want to fiddle with modules

- while low on steam, foundry production is stopped so that grabbers can work at full capacity, reducing start up time
- calcite can be supplied externally, further reducing startup time
- thruster only supplied with fuel, if you have enough ammo -> you should be able to send it to gleba/fulgora right after building. Will depart as soon as ready.
