This blueprint is my "ugly duckling". It looks absolutely terrible with pipes running everywhere and clouds of robots covering the screen. But don't be mislead. This factory has the ability to produce 6.5k plastic/min and it has near-perfect ratios. It needs only two ingredients; water and coal. So much coal. It was using over 4 stacks of coal (200) per second when I was testing it.

It takes 2 water inputs and one coal input via chest, both at the bottom left. Remember to use the bulk transfer pipes to make sure everything has enough water. Also, all those roboports aren't for show. You will need about 600-700 logi bots in the system. The factory eats 200MW worth of power, so you might want to use nuclear in this case.

Remember to crank the power input to 500MW and turn the inputs into the building.
Pros
Produces a huge amount of plastic if fully saturated.
Fits inside a single Factorissimo without recursion.
Pretty good ratios
Directly fed
Cons
Uses tons of coal to saturate the factory
Only useful in a huge factory
Uses a massive amount of power
Very expensive to set up
