Automating a Hauler to go between Miner, Depot and Parking lot. Supports as many Haulers as needed by extending the array
If Hauler is full -> go to Unloading Depot
If Miner is full and Hauler is not full -> go to Miner
If Miner is not full and Hauler is not full -> go to Parking
