Self-starting uranium processing and kovarex enrichment
Kovarex enrichment starts automatically
each centrifuge is filled with exactly 30 U235
Once all centrifuges start, and the output belt fills up, excess U235 is siphoned off into a buffer chest
Large buffer chest, automatically fills with U238 up to a given threshold
Additionally, if the output belt is backed up, automatically loads U238 into chest to ensure U235 production continues
