Designed to supplement the carbon and ice inventory on Aquilo, to help jumpstart energy and heat production when needed. It needs to charge up, so I recommend building it over Nauvis and then sending it to Aquilo. It should be able to survive the voyage if it pauses at Gleba to recharge and reload its missiles.
