A basic setup to turn Copper Ingots to a few valuable intermediates: Copper plate, Copper rod, Copper gear, Copper rivets and Copper piston.

Input: 1 belt of Copper ingots and 0.5 to 1 belt of copper. Can be tiled with minor modifications.
