2020-04-26: Updated Steel smelter to consume full belt of Iron plate. Now outputs 173 i/s. Added Steel smelter from Iron Ore input.
Updated for v.17 and added beacons

Logic:
Arithmetic Combinators are wired to train stations.
Input/Output Train station is disabled when a train is present
Input Train station is disabled when chests are full.
Output Train station is disabled unless it can fill a 2-4 train.
