Simple Book with all 7 science packs with now Base and Modules production for v1.1.30
This is the smallest MegaBase you can build.

Power: 10GW is the bare minimum. 13-15GW recommended.
Separate the research center network from the big network for a better performance (included in a second base blueprint).
Need 100 logistic robots for the research center, about 5k for the mall.
The mall is a modification from an old Cubius' one with a more efficient oil processing, train stations and fixed bugs. All the furnaces will only produce what you need, wrt the demand.
You can control the amount of items you want to keep in stock by just changing the numbers in the control board.
I also added module production: 20/m speed module 3 and 10/m productivity module 3.
Trains:
2 Lane LHT. Set up the trains like that:

until empty cargo -
- until full cargo
Load Stations now included for ores, uranium and fluids.
It's LHT only, it's easy to switch it RHT if you need.
Optional : the "Wait" stations will be deactivated when a train is stopped, so other trains will choose another outpost. That way, even the farthest outpost will have trains.
Also, run the trains without consuming any sciences packs for about 30mins to fill up all the buffers.
Wood chests are used as a buffer.
Coming later: The empty space: Builder train, Trash train, Artillery train, Solar train. I want to build them with a minimum of circuit networks, with wagon settings mostly, to make it simple and easy to customize.
