First, I recommend skimming the wiki page on upgrade planners if you aren't familiar in all the ways they can be used (cancelling, upgrading, downgrading).
This planner would be a lot smaller if you could select just the quality and not have to select a specific entity as well.
This planner allows you to easily upgrade to, downgrade to, or set entities/modules to a specific quality. Includes a planner that also can be used to both upgrade and downgrade (right mouse button) entities/modules.
Some items are intentionally missing (e.g. rails, enemies) since either the upgrade planner doesn't affect them at all, or it does affect them but when bots place the item it won't do anything.
