Give this 4 belts of any input, even just one lane, and it will balance the output across all 8 lanes on the 4 belts coming out.
It is more compact than the variations I've seen on here at 12x4 with an extra 5 squares on each side.
It has been thoroughly tested to have proper throughput and proper lane balancing.
It will not balance input loading when its backed up and will draw from some lanes more than others.
