Recycle Sorter

This is a simpler sorter for Fulgora. Depending on input it may be abe to recycle one blue belt into the logistics chests. The concept here is to handle typical cases well without being overly complicated. To use simply dump any combination of scrap, most items into the splitter input, and belt contents will be put in a bin, or recycled.
