This is based on the popular blueprint Fulgora Scrap Recycling but with some problems fixed and some improvements. It's also pretty similar to Fulgara Scrap recycling Compact.
- Much smaller, to help fit on the finy Fulgora islands. About half as many belts. No idle Recyclers.
- No speed modules, which negate the effect of quality modules.
- Only three quality tiers to save space while getting started. Meant to be used before unlocking tiers 4 and 5.
