This blueprint requires NORMAL scrap as input and will discard anything else that isn't holmium ore.
One full belt of normal stacked scrap should be just about enough for this module (with 15 scrap productivity). When putting them next to each other you will have to put roboports by hand.
It will turn off when reaching the desired amount of holmium ore in the logistics network, which is defined in the Constant Combinator. Currently set to 70k.
