To get enough resources to get it moving, Add a few extra solar panels on the right to get enough power, then leave it to build up some resources for a while. It mostly needs water to start with, so you can speed it up a bit by disabling the carbon and iron grinders, and manually setting the two grinders on the right to reprocess iron and carbon chunks (change it back to set recipe when you are moving).
